- Unterstützung des reibungslosen Ablaufs des Restaurantbetriebs während deiner Schicht mit Fokus auf einen effizienten Service im Gastraum.
- Führung und Motivation des Serviceteams während der Schicht, um unseren Gästen ein erstklassiges Erlebnis zu bieten.
- Mitwirkung bei der Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Teammitglieder zur Sicherstellung gleichbleibend hoher Servicestandards.
- Unterstützung bei der Überwachung von Lagerbeständen und rechtzeitige Kommunikation von Engpässen an das Management.
- Einhaltung und Umsetzung von Unternehmensrichtlinien, Hygienestandards und Sicherheitsvorgaben während des laufenden Betriebs.
- Aktiver Gästekontakt: Du sorgst für zufriedene Gäste, nimmst Feedback ernst, löst kleinere Beschwerden professionell und leitest komplexere Anliegen an die Restaurantleitung weiter.

Dein Profil
- Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise in einer leitenden Funktion wie Teamleitung oder Stationsleitung.
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Abläufe im Servicebereich und Leidenschaft für exzellenten Gästeservice.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist – du gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran und schaffst eine motivierende Arbeitsatmosphäre.
- Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent – auch in stressigen Situationen behältst du den Überblick.
- Grundkenntnisse in Lebensmittelhygiene und Sicherheitsvorschriften.
- Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten – auch abends, am Wochenende und an Feiertagen.
