People & Culture Manager (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der People- & HR-Struktur (Recruiting, Employee Life Cycle,Development, Retention) sowie deren operative Umsetzung.
Beratende Funktion für Führungskräfte zu arbeitsrechtlichen, strukturellen und kulturellen Themen
Vorbereitung und Koordination aller abrechnungsrelevanten Daten und Unterlagen für die Entgeltabrechnung
Hands-on-Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest nicht nur konzeptionell, sondern bist regelmäßig im engen Austausch mit unseren Managers und deren Teams.
Implementierung transparenter Reporting- und KPI-Strukturen im HR-Bereich.
Förderung einer starken Unternehmenskultur und Entwicklung von Initiativen im Bereich Engagement, Feedback und Performance.

Dein Profil

5+ Jahre Erfahrung im HR-/People-&-Culture-Bereich, idealerweise im Start-up-, Scale-up- oder Hospitality-Umfeld.
Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Skalierung von HR-Strukturen in wachsenden Organisationen.
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in operativen HR-Prozessen.
Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein Gespür für Kultur, Leadership und Teamdynamik.
Proaktive, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität: Du fühlst dich sowohl in der strategischen Konzeption als auch im operativen Tagesgeschäft wohl.
Deutsch als Muttersprache und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
