Support the smooth daily operations of the restaurant during your shift, focusing on efficient front-of-house service.
Lead and motivate the service team on shift to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Assist with team training and onboarding to uphold service standards and ensure consistency across shifts.
Help monitor inventory and communicate stock needs to management to maintain service flow.
Ensure company policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols are followed during service.
Proactively engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction, handle minor complaints professionally, and escalate more complex issues to the manager when needed.
