Deine Aufgaben

Als Junior-Grafikdesigner unterstützt Du das Designteam bei der Erstellung von überzeugendem Bildmaterial, das das Branding von Wen Cheng Restaurants digital und Print unterstreicht. Nutze die Chance deine Fähigkeiten in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umfeld zu erweitern und gleichzeitig zum visuellen Storytelling unserer Brand beizutragen.


  • Design Support: Unterstütze visuell ansprechender digitaler und Printmedien, wie Speisekarten, Grafiken für soziale Medien, Werbeplakate, Anzeigen, Veranstaltungsflyer, Website-Assets und vieles mehr.

  • Markenkonsistenz: Stelle sicher, dass die visuelle Identität von Wen Cheng Restaurants über alle Plattformen und Materialien hinweg besteht, von Print bis digital, und spiegel unsere hohen Standards und Markenwerte wider.

  • Kollaborative Arbeit: Arbeite  mit den Marketing-, Küchen- und Managementteams zusammen, um Designs zu erstellen, die mit unseren Geschäftszielen und Marketingstrategien übereinstimmen und gleichzeitig unsere kulinarische Kompetenz und Gastfreundschaft widerspiegeln.

  • Kreative Kampagnen: Trage zur Gestaltung von Marketingkampagnen und saisonalen Werbeaktionen bei und helfe dabei, das visuelle Storytelling unseres Restaurants zu verbessern.

  • Projektleitung: Bearbeite mehrere Design-Projekte gleichzeitig und stelle sicher, dass alle Arbeiten pünktlich und mit Liebe zum Detail abgeschlossen werden.

  • Gespür für Trends: Halte Dich über die neuesten Designtrends, Tools und Technologien auf dem Laufenden und bringe frische und neue Ideen mit ein

Dein Profil

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Grafikdesigner, vorzugsweise in der Lebensmittel-, Gastgewerbe- oder Restaurantbranche.

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) und anderer Designtools.

  • Tiefes Verständnis von Designprinzipien, Typografie, Farbtheorie und Layout.

  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Inhalten sowohl für digitale Plattformen (z. B. soziale Medien, Websites) als auch für Printmaterialien (z. B. Speisekarten, Broschüren).

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) sind wichtig für eine effektive Teamarbeit und die Erstellung zweisprachiger Materialien, falls erforderlich.

Idealerweise: 

  • Kenntnisse in Grafikanimation, Videobearbeitung und grundlegendem Webdesign (HTML, CSS) sind von Vorteil.

  • Erfahrung in der Fotografie oder Videografie für die Erstellung von Content.

  • Leidenschaft für Lebensmittel und Gastronomie mit der Fähigkeit, diese Begeisterung in fesselndes Design umzusetzen.

  • Auge fürs Detail, Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten.

Your mission

  • Design Creation: Produce visually engaging digital and print materials, such as menus, social media graphics, promotional posters, advertisements, event flyers, website assets, and more.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure the visual identity of Wen Cheng Restaurants is consistent across all platforms and materials, from print to digital, reflecting our high standards and brand values.

  • Collaborative Work: Partner with the marketing, culinary, and management teams to create designs that align with business goals and marketing strategies, while reflecting our culinary expertise and hospitality.

  • Creative Campaigns: Contribute to the design of marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions, helping to elevate our restaurant's visual storytelling.

  • Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and with attention to detail.

  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to enhance the restaurant's visual communication.
Your profile

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the food, hospitality, or restaurant industry.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.

  • A deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

  • Experience in creating assets for both digital platforms (e.g., social media, websites) and print materials (e.g., menus, brochures).

  • A good German (B2) level is important for effective teamwork and for creating bilingual materials when needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and basic web design (HTML, CSS) is a plus.

  • Experience in photography or videography for content creation.

  • Passion for food and gastronomy, with the ability to translate this enthusiasm into captivating design.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
