Your mission

Your service role is crucial as you create the first impression of our restaurant, making each guest feel valued and at home.

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate orders to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

  • Interact with guests, creating a memorable dining experience.

  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations and advice on menu items, helping guests make informed choices.

  • Serve as a professional ambassador for the restaurant, embodying our values and standards in all interactions.

  • Ensure a clean and inviting dining area, including regular cleaning and organization of the space.

  • Handle food hygienically and adhere to all safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.

Your profile

  • Ideally, you have prior experience in the catering industry, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

  • You enjoy teamwork and are always ready to lend a hand where needed.

  • You prioritize cleanliness and speed in your service, ensuring a tidy dining environment and efficient order handling.

Deine Aufgaben

Deine Rolle im Service ist entscheidend, da Du den ersten Eindruck unseres Restaurants prägst und jeden Gast wertgeschätzt und zu Hause fühlen lässt.

  • Effizientes Management und Koordination von Bestellungen, um einen zeitgerechten Service und die Zufriedenheit der Gäste sicherzustellen.

  • Interaktion mit den Gästen, um ein unvergessliches Esserlebnis zu schaffen.

  • Du kannst die Gäste zu den Speisen beraten und Empfehlungen aussprechen.

  • Professionelle Vertretung des Restaurants, indem Du unsere Werte und Standards in allen Interaktionen verkörperst.

  • Gewährleistung eines sauberen und einladenden Speisebereichs, einschließlich regelmäßiger Reinigung und Organisation des Raumes.

  • Hygienische Handhabung von Lebensmitteln und Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften, um ein sicheres Umfeld aufrechtzuerhalten.

Dein Profil

  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, doch eine positive Einstellung und Lernbereitschaft sind ebenso wichtig.

  • Du genießt die Teamarbeit und bist immer bereit, dort zu helfen, wo es nötig ist.

  • Du legst Wert auf Sauberkeit und Schnelligkeit in deinem Service, um eine ordentliche Gastronomie und effiziente Bestellabwicklung zu gewährleisten.

  • Unter Zeitdruck gehst du auf und zeigst, dass du schnell arbeiten kannst, während Du einen hochwertigen Service aufrechterhalten willst.

  • Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit sind für Dich von wesentlicher Bedeutung, da Dir Verlässlichkeit im Team wichtig ist.

  • Du  hast Ehrgeiz und Freude an der Arbeit und strebst kontinuierlich danach, deine Fähigkeiten zu verbessern und zum Erfolg des Teams beizutragen.
