- Experience: You’ve rocked a kitchen for at least a year. Professional training? Cool, but passion counts for more with us.
- Taste: You know the difference between Szechuan pepper and regular pepper and celebrate Chinese cooking techniques.
- Pace: When the line is around the block again, you stay cool and precise.
- Hygiene: HACCP isn't a foreign concept to you—it’s your standard.
- Language: Your English is at a C1 level (our kitchen language); German is a nice-to-have.
